I had a quick little chat with Coolcat today on the AROS IRC channel. If you don't know Coolcat, he is the one who develops AROS-Max. AROS-Max is an AROS distribution I posted about a few days ago. I asked him if he ever planned on working on AROS-Max again and he said yes! At the moment he is sharing his computer and does not have enough time to spend on it. He said possibly by the end of the year he would be able to start working on it again. This is fabulous news! AROS-Max provides an easy way to check out and play with AROS. Plus it includes more software and other nice features. More than you get with just the basic nightly build. I will definitely keep you posted about AROS-Max. But it is good to know it will be coming back to AROS land!
